Step 1: Visit the HimBhoomi Portal
- Go to the official HimBhoomi (HP Land Records) website.
- Select the option for Online Mutation / e-Mutation Request.
Step 2: Fill the Online Mutation Form
- You will need to enter:
- Applicant name
- Mobile number
- District, Tehsil, Village
- Khasra / Khata details
- Type of mutation (sale, inheritance, gift, will, etc.)
Step 3: Submit the Application
- After submitting, you will receive an Application / Reference Number.
- This number is used to track your mutation status online.
